Before any work is carried out we will discuss with the customer the format and style of the document and any background information needed in order to complete the work. Good communication with the client is key!

 

We gladly welcome feedback from all our customers and we are happy to make any minor adjustments to a draft document, if you the customer, feel that something isn't quite right. Minor and reasonable adjustments will be made within the original price agreed.
