EHCP Writing and SEND Services
My name is Karen Soul and I have extensive experience of SEND legislation, and I've spent many years writing Statements and EHC Plans. Five years ago I founded K.S Associates and since then myself and my team have written EHC Plans for many Local Authorities.
I personally take on work from parents/guardians who have children with SEND and offer a range of services at competitive prices. I'm an advocate of children/young people with SEND and work hard to help them get their needs met.

I was personally involved in the SEND14 trial looking at the new legislation relating to the Children and Families Act 2014 and the new Special educational needs and disability Code of Practice 0-25 years. I worked as an SEN Officer coordinating the EHC Needs Assessment, liaising with parents and schools, and chairing Team Around the Family meetings. After this I was appointed as an Implementation Officer, which included helping to introduce new ways of working, giving advice to SENCOs in school and delivering training and mentoring in writing the Education, Health and Care Plan.
